Policies

  • Acceptable forms of payment include check, cash or credit card.
  • 24 hour cancellation notice is required with full payment made via credit card, check or cash. Charges can be waived under certain circumstances which include: the appointment time can be filled by another; the client is ill, injured or a death of a loved one has occurred.
  • Appointments made less than 24 hours before the service require a credit card to hold the reservation.

Please note:

Massage is provided for the basic purpose of relaxation and relief of muscular tension. The therapist is not qualified to treat, diagnose or prescribe, and nothing your therapist says will be construed as such.

Massage is not a replacement for medical care and that certain conditions are contraindicated for massage.

Full disclosure of all known medical conditions is required at the time of services. Clients agree to keep the therapist informed as to any changes in their medical profile. There will be no liability on the therapist’s part if this is not done.

Any sexually suggestive remarks, innuendos, or advances made will result in immediate termination of the session with the full cost of services charged.
